The homes are furnished with substantial common areas and kitchen facilities built for group living. Each property features a rooftop hot tub, fully stocked kitchens with professional-grade appliances (including Thermador ranges, 48-inch Weber grills, and Blackstone flattops), multiple living rooms, and over 40 indoor and outdoor games. Bedrooms are individually named—Starfish, Shell, Flamingo Palm, Wave, Sand Dollar—and equipped with reading lamps and storage. The properties are child, elder, and pet friendly.
